Question about Obama & Euphemisms or Rhetoric ?

Why do so many supporters of Obama seem to use euphemisms or rhetoric in describing him ?? ---I recently observed a Y/A Answer indicating that they intended to vote for Obama because they felt that Obama had " No Connections to Washington, has fresh ideas. He's young enough to be bold in the face of adversity. "---- This statement seems to better describe a male version of Hannah Montana than it does an experienced & qualified Candidate for US President ??---Even Obama himself often seems to talk about " the need for change " & " a better future " , but I have NOT heard anyone explain EXACTLY how Obama intends to realistically implement these " fresh ideas " ??
