no you shouldn't be practicing kissing with your brother or any other intimate actions. wait and get a proper boyfriend to kiss so that maybe it will be both of you first time. your brother shouldn't allow this. evidently you don't know enough about human nature to know what the consequences of kissing will do. you need to wait and practice on some one that is not related to you.
