If I were to smoke pot in my BF's apartment, is he liable at all for my activities, even if he wasn't there?

surely the landlord would have more issue that his name is on the lease and that he is not even in the state let alone at the house..............as for the other thing, as he could prove he was no place near nor had been for some time he would not be responsible for your actions.
