37 week pregnant lost alot of mucous plug?

how much mucous plug do u lose b4 you go into labor because i lost alot! probly like 5 quarter sizes real thick... ive been loosing it for the past 2 days... and was just wondering how much more of this... Also ive been real tired like all day tired and i get good amount of sleep. and i get period cramps...and my belly feels heavy and i get stabbing sharp pain in my cervix it hurts to walk also my hips hurt i get pains in them to... did anyone had this?? and how lng b4 labor.. i kno it culd be weeks...
