Well a soldier and a criminal both kill men. Now u have two choices educate the soldeir or educate the criminal. What a lion do is vital to him. If he will not kill anyone he will starve and die. But this is not the case with the poacher. Killing someone for fun is cruelty. But killing someone to keep urself alive is not cruelty
