Help with social issues?

You seem more articulate than most teenage girls....the next time she snaps at you you say "Do you mind not snapping at me? I don't like it when people speak sharply to me" she won't know what to say probably as it is a reasonable and yet very direct request....most people don't come out with things like that. As for the guy....tell him you have a family get together.
