Can I sue this company of report them to the FBI?

There is this company that keeps on calling me(usually on Sundays) trying to confirm my info and one time even asked me for my checking account number to pay for 60 months worth of magazines. This companie's number is 515-251-5316. I looked it up on google and people have been writing complaints about this company saying that it is fake. Before they use to say that they where Heartland and today they switched to Publishers. I got this number by dialing the *69 and its a residential line in IOWA. Some people said that they filed reports with BBB and attorney generals office to get their numbers off their calling list. I want to put these people out of business for fraud. How can I do that? They called me at least 20 times now and its making me ANGRY and stressing me out .
