Year old pup chewing?

my pup is about to turn 1 year, i KNOW thats shes still a puppy, but this whole chewing thing MUST stop. she was good for a long time about not chewing. in the past 4 days, she has chewed thru the power to our AC, my work uniform, its military so it tough, and through a book. i was pretty much in the same room with her when this happened and i didnt catch it. what the hell!? i never catch her in the act anymore either. so i know my other dog doesnt do it cuz he has NEVER chewed on a thing. one way to take care of this is we are no longer permitting her to sleep with us, because thats when she does alot of it, i think she will sleep next to us and chew in the middle of the night. i just HATE the thought of her in a kennel more than she has to be. im so stuck, any suggestions? i HAVE used the repleant and it works great, but....on my clothes? i dont think so, not gonna happen. my dogs are also comp[letely 100 % uninterested in toys, rawhides are all they care about.
