Something fun to do in Southern Ontario?

My husband and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and my husband is on vacation for the next couple weeks. The weather is so nice and I want to take advantage of it but not sure what kind of things we can do with a baby in tow. I was thinking Oakville waterfront walk or collingwood or st. jacobs? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
