Does Herbal Essences tousle me soflty mousse work for curly hair?

i have the tousle me soflty mousse by herbal essences and i have curly hair. not thick coarse curly hair , but just medium brown regular curly hair. when it air dries it goes into a big poof ball. i dont want to blow dry it cause i wanna cut down on heat. will this mousse help me? pleasee help.
