Creative Soundblaster Audigy Platinum Drivebay Power Problem?

It worked on the old PC , it was made for old PC. use on board sound card and install the right driver for it most likely it is Real Tech.I am using on board and it worked better than the one I paid $60.00 for it and I am using vista.vista is finicky about drivers and hard ware.
