BP was 144/91 and I'm 28 weeks? Go to L&D or no?

I would go if i were you..You dont want to risk anything..The high bp and the headache are ociated with eachother when it comes to preeclampsia and is almost a sure sign..It is best to get seen asap so u know what is going on..Better safe then sorry..No need to call your ob just go into l&d..Good Luck!
