Why are there so many australian cooking shows?

Wellll I know what you mean for starters!!! there are like 1 on each channel evrynight! But i do like watching some. And the reason they do is because they have like different types, EG Masterchef Kids is so that kids can see that they can cook too and be interested in cooking... Iron Chef is like more Asian type cooking with more exotic foods, so people like a variety of different cooking shows so they can choose one they like. I dont know WHY people like those shows so much.. BUT LOL to me, Ready Steady cook is some random show thats on when i get home from school :PPP ANd ppl like to see what kind of recipes and food they can make..... So I half agree with u but yeah! it can be fun!
